Grainger President To Become CEO In June

Maintenance-product maker says President James T. Ryan will also become the chief executive, succeeding Richard L. Keyser, who will remain as chairman.

CHICAGO (AP) -- Maintenance-product maker W. W. Grainger Inc. said Monday that President James T. Ryan will also become the chief executive, effective June 1.
 
Ryan is succeeding Richard L. Keyser, who will remain with the company as chairman.
 
Both Ryan and Keyser are up for election to the board April 30, the company said.
