BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- Semiconductor maker Micron Technology Inc. on Thursday named Ronald C. Foster as chief financial officer, effective April 1.
He replaces W.G. Stover Jr., who left the company in November 2007.
Foster was previously chief financial officer of FormFactor Inc., which makes semiconductor testing equipment.
He served on Micron's board between June 2004 and April 2005.
Shares fell 8 cents to $5.90 during aftermarket electronic trading, after closing up 18 cents at $5.98.
