BRISBANE, Calif. (AP) — Biopharmaceutical company Tercica Inc. said Friday it named Chief Operating Officer Richard King to the additional role of president.
King has served as COO since February 2007.
The company also named Ajay Bansal, who serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer, executive vice president. Bansal will still serve as CFO.
Tercica board member Dennis Henner resigned and will be replaced by Faheem Hasnain, who currently serves as executive vice president of the oncology rheumatology strategic business unit at Biogen Idec Inc.
