WINCHESTER, Va. (AP) — Trex Co. named James Cline vice president and chief financial officer, the maker of composite decking and fencing said Monday.
Cline, 56, will take over the top financial post March 18, replacing Anthony Cavanna, a former Trex chairman who has been CFO on an interim basis since September.
Cline previously worked at Harsco GasServ, a manufacturer and distributor of control products.
