ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Paint and specialty chemical maker HB Fuller Co. on Monday named James R. Giertz senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective March 3.
Giertz, 51, most recently served as senior managing director and chief financial officer at GMAC Financial Services' mortgage operation, Residential Capital LLC.
He succeeds Jim McCreary, who has served as interim chief financial officer since February 2007. McCreary will continue serving as vice president and controller.
Shares rose 4 cents to $21.20 in the regular trading session.
