BILLERICA, Mass. — GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies will acquire Rheonik, a manufacturer of high accuracy coriolis mass flowmeters used in the oil and gas, process and power industries.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition broadens GE's current flowmeter technology offerings for sensing customers.
