ST. LOUIS (AP) — Plastics and packaging products maker Spartech Corp. has named Myles S. Odaniell president and chief executive and Ralph B. Andy as chairman.
Odaniell, 48, succeeds Randy C. Martin, who served as interim CFO and will now resume his post as chief financial officer, the company said Thursday.
Odaniell was previously executive vice president of specialty chemicals at Chemtura Corp. He was also named to Spartech's board.
Andy, 63, succeeds Jackson W. Robinson as chairman, the company said late Wednesday. He has served on the company's board for nine years.
