EAST AURORA, N.Y. (AP) — Control components designer Moog Inc. said Wednesday executive vice president and chief financial officer Robert R. Banta is retiring and will be replaced by John Scannell.
Banta joined Moog in 1983 as chief financial officer after a career in commercial banking, the company said. He will remain on the board of directors.
Scannell currently is vice president of contracts and pricing.
Moog also elected Donald R. Fishback vice president of finance. He has been corporate controller and principal accounting officer since 1985.
