NEW YORK — The Conference Board announced that James H. Slamp has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Slamp replaces the retiring George Convery.
Since 1999, Slamp has been the executive vice president and CFO for several professional services organizations, most recently with Integrated Development Enterprise, Inc.
Slamp is a member of the advisory board of Athenix Solutions; Financial Executives Institute; American Institute of CPAs; Illinois Society of CPAs; treasurer of board of directors for Massachusetts March of Dimes; and a Cohasset Sailing Club trustee.
