SOMERS, N.Y. (AP) -- Soft drink bottler Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. on Monday named Chief Executive Eric J. Foss as chairman, effective immediately.
He replaces Barry H. Bercha, who had served as non-executive chairman since 2007 and resumes his role as a director.
Shares of Pepsi Bottling Group finished Friday's trading at $28.18.
