SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- Chip maker Integrated Device Technology Inc. said late Tuesday it named Richard D. Crowley Jr. vice president and chief financial officer, effective Oct. 20.
Crowley previously served as Micrel Semiconductor's vice president of finance and CFO.
He replaces Brian White, Integrated Device's vice president of finance, who has served as interim CFO.
