MCKEES ROCKS, Pa. (AP) -- Bayer Corp., the U.S. subsidiary of Bayer AG, will soon have a new president and chief executive officer.
The German parent company said Greg Babe will take over its U.S. subsidiary on Oct. 1. Bayer Corp. is based in Robinson Township in suburban Pittsburgh.
Babe will continue in his position as president and chief executive of Bayer MaterialScience and become Bayer's senior representative in North America.
Babe is replacing Attila Molnar, who is retiring.
