NEW YORK (AP) -- Industrial parts and equipment maker Dover Corp. said Wednesday that it is selling its ATM business to a subsidiary of the South Korean manufacturing conglomerate Hyosung Corp.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Nautilus Hyosung Inc.'s purchase of Dover's ATM unit, Triton Systems of Delaware Inc., is expected to close in the third quarter. Nautilus Hyosung manufactures ATM hardware, software and services around the world.
Dover shares rose $1.11, or 2.2 percent, to $51.08 in late morning trading.
