NEW YORK (AP) — Italian leather-upholstered furniture maker Natuzzi SpA said Tuesday board chairman Pasquale Natuzzi will take over as chief executive from Ernesto Greco.
Greco will continue to serve on the company's board as an outside director.
Shares of Natuzzi SpA fell 79 cents, or 13.1 percent, to $5.26.
