TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) — Owens Corning Sales Inc. on Tuesday named Duncan Palmer chief financial officer, effective mid-September.
Palmer succeeds Mike Thaman, who will become chief executive when Chief Executive Dave Brown retires later in the year. Thaman, 42, will continue to serve as chairman.
Palmer, 41, previously served as vice president of upstream commercial finance for Shell International Exploration and Production BV at Royal Dutch Shell.
