Ingersoll-Rand SVP Construction Retiring

No replacement named as the company is reviewing the businesses Christopher Vasiloff led before his retirement.

NEW YORK (AP) - Bermuda-based industrial-equipment maker Ingersoll-Rand Co. said Friday that Christopher Vasiloff, who serves as senior vice president and president of its construction technologies business, will retire on June 30.

A company spokesman said Ingersoll-Rand will not name a replacement, given that much of Vasiloff's responsibility focused on businesses it has divested or are currently under strategic review.

Vasiloff, 55, spent 31 years with the company and managed its operational excellence initiative.
