SOLON, Ohio - Swagelok Co., a provider of fluid system solutions, announced Monday that it has signed an agreement to purchase the assets of Hy-Level Industries, a manufacturer of automotive, electronic, and fluid power components.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Hy-Level, based in Strongsville, Ohio, has approximately 250 employees.
According to Arthur F. Anton, Swagelok president and CEO, the acquisition of Hy-Level’s associates and manufacturing capacity will be a good complement to Swagelok and the combination of the two company’s resources and capabilities will help Swagelok to meet the global demand for fluid system solutions.
Swagelok ‘s manufacturing, research, technical support, and distribution facilities support a worldwide network of over 200 authorized sales and service centers in 57 countries.
