(AP) - United Technologies Corp. said Thursday its Sikorsky Aircraft subsidiary will work with China Aviation Industry Corp. II to develop and produce nonmilitary helicopters.
Terms were not disclosed.
The two companies collaborated before, developing the S-92A medium-lift helicopter in the mid-1990s.
Shares of United Technologies rose 48 cents to $63 in afternoon trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
