According to a report on the LTW Web site, Dell has opened its second manufacturing facility in China. Located in Xiamen, the facility has more than 500,000 square feet and will service customers in Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong. Dell’s first plant in Xiamen services customers in China. Dell, considered the world’s largest computer manufacturer, also has a new facility in Winston-Salem, NC.
