Paper and building products maker Georgia-Pacific Corp. said Thursday it has named president and chief executive Joseph W. Moeller as chairman.
Moeller, 62, replaces A.D. ''Pete'' Correll, who is retiring at the age of 65, effective June 30. Correll had been with the company since 1988.
Moeller had been president and chief operating officer of Koch Industries Inc. He became president and CEO of Georgia-Pacific when Koch bought the company last December and took it private.
