FormFactor President Stepping Down

Joseph Bronson also resigned from company board.

FormFactor, a maker of testing devices for semiconductor manufacturers, said Thurday that President Joseph R. Bronson will leave the company to pursue other interests, effective Friday.

Bronson also resigned from the Board of Directors of the company.

With his departure, FormFactor said it will change its management structure to eliminate the Office of the Chief Executive. Dr. Igor Y. Khandros, the company's founder, will continue to serve as chief executive officer and will assume the responsibilities previously handled by Bronson in the president role.

"During Joe’s tenure the company significantly grew revenues, began executing an infrastructure and processes roadmap to enable sustainable growth, and implemented company-wide programs to develop and grow organizations both domestically and overseas,” Khandros said.
