Gizmodo recently posted a taste test of Shelf Reliance’s Thrive line of freeze-dried foods designed specifically for use after an apocalyptic situation. The year’s worth of food can be purchased through Costco for $800 and includes everything from pancakes to meats and vegetables. So how does it taste? Let’s just say that eating this food made the reviewers a little less motivated to try to stick it out when the apocalypse hits.
