The State Fair of Texas has crowned its latest Most Creative winner for its annual Big Tex Choice Awards: deep-fried bubblegum. Creator Justin Martinez dips a marshmallow in bubblegum-flavored extract, covers it in bubblegum flavored dough and deep fries it before covering it in blue icing and chiclets.
