Tonight’s episode of Top Chef Canada is featuring a classic French dish in which one of the contestants has to use horse meat. News of this episode is spreading across Canada like wildfire, and a lot of people are upset. While Canada still celebrates many French traditions, using horses as food is generally frowned up in the country like much of the rest of North America. Some have even started a “Boycott Top Chef-Protect the Horses” Facebook page. What do you think? Should horses be used as food?
