The TLL4000 model is improved from previous versions, including a molded handle grip, lens edge guard, and polycarbonate hook. Other features include:

- The ability to run cordless for ten hours before recharging.
- A 1,000 cycle NiMh battery pack.
- A swivel hook to keep light on the subject, not in your eyes.
