The SP-01 Pump Filler is ideal for flowable liquids with no particulates. It is easy to clean and operate, versatile and gentle on all products and provides cost savings through speed and accuracy.
A servo pump is used to drive either a lobe or gear pump. Features include a sanitary design with a wide deposit range, recipe storage for multiple products and containers, operator interface to control filler and speeds of up to 100 cycles per minute (depending on product). Available accessories include positive shut-off spouts, self-contained heat systems, CIP sanitary 3A-approved pump and footswitch or automatic cycling controls. Single or multiple spouts are available. A tray denester with conveyor automates the servo pump filler. The tray denester includes an indexing rotary carousel to automatically keep the tray denester magazine full. This feature allows for longer run time between reloading the trays.

The engineering staff designs custom equipment and special modifications of standard machines to meet specific customer needs.
