Governor Rendell announced today the PA is supporting the manufacturing sector through targeted investments that are helping eight PA companies create 118 jobs and retain 307.
“The investments I’m announcing today show how the state’s resources can be used to improve the quality of life for many people. The low-interest loans we’re providing will help these eight companies to grow and create new jobs,” said Governor Rendell.
Working with local economic development organizations, the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority recently approved more than $7 million in loans to companies in Allegheny, Blair, Bucks, Crawford, Lawrence, Mifflin, Northampton, and Philadelphia counties.
