Linde said it will build, own and operate a new facility for the supply of industrial gases in Garysburg, North Carolina.
The new air separation unit (ASU) will produce liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon, serving customers in the region. Acquisition of land and equipment for the new site has begun and the plant is expected to start up at the end of 2028.
“We are experiencing incredible growth across multiple end markets in the area,” said Todd Lawson, Vice President East Region, Linde. “This investment will add to our already robust production and supply network, to meet the current and future industrial gas needs of customers in the region.”
