Georgia may be one of the most electric-car-friendly states on paper, but it doesn't seem to be so for Tesla Motors. The Georgia Automobile Dealers Association recently filed a complaint with Georgia's Department of Revenue charging the company of illegally selling cars, making Georgia the newest battleground state for Tesla.
