A small plane stalled and nose-dived into a manufactured house near an Oregon airport, but the pilot and the homeowner survived.

Neighbors told The Oregonian the pilot had cuts and a bloody face Friday but was able to walk away. His name was not immediately available.

Carl and Betty Mason told the paper that their next-door neighbor, Sally Jones, was able to get her dogs out of the home. Betty Mason says the plane "went right through the roof."

The house is near the Aurora Airport. Aurora is in the northern tip of Marion County.
