Harmoni
Harmoni (Akron, OH and New York, NY) introduced its HAL AI technology for factory floor operations and front-line manufacturing execution. The HAL and Harmoni platform are designed for context-aware manufacturing AI, workcenter orchestration, real-time process control, automated RFID-based labor and ERP tracking and multi-system observability.
The company also recently raised $10 million in Series A funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
HAL and Harmoni Features:
- Applies AI to live operational data to deliver relevant intelligence for diagnosing issues and identifying risks
- Unifies fragmented systems into single operator interface, delivering correct work instructions, checksheets and machine programs to enforce process control and reduce errors
- Uses RFID technology and machine-level workflows to automate manual tasks such as labor tracking, ERP transactions, document retrieval, quality reporting and support requests
- Adds more than 200 hours of productive time per operator per year by eliminating administrative burden and non-productive workflows
