Editor's note: In the third part of a four-part series, we examine the changes in the labor pool this year and how manufacturers are responding with training programs. We'll post one part of this exclusive report every Friday in October as part of Manufacturing.net's month-long celebration of Manufacturing Day. Part 1 can be found here and Part 2 here.
