CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Goodrich Corp. said on Wednesday that it has finished acquiring the Cabin Management assets of DeCrane Holdings Co., which provides seating, furniture, veneers and cabin management systems for business jets.
Goodrich, which supplies systems and services to aerospace and defense companies, said it paid $280 million for the assets. It had announced the planned deal on Aug. 3.
DeCrane Cabin Management employs 850 people at six facilities in the U.S.
Goodrich shares fell $1.10 to close at $71.90.
