A division of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Inc. said Monday that it received contracts worth more than $11 million to supply the U.S. military with containers.

Charleston Marine Containers Inc. will be responsible for providing 592 expeditionary military containers that will be used to support kitchens, laundries, showers and bathrooms. Another 184 standard containers will help recycle water in the field, while 72 refrigerated containers are used for food storage.

Kratos is a weapons and security services provider. Last week the company, which is based in San Diego, said it would buy Henry Bros. Electronics Inc. for about $45 million in cash.

Shares of Kratos fell 5 cents to $10.72 in afternoon trading.
