WYOMISSING, Pa. (AP) - Carpenter Technology Corp., which makes corrosion-resistant materials for industries like automotive and aerospace, said Monday it has begun searching for a successor to Chief Executive Robert J. Torcolini.
Torcolini, 55, has not set a retirement date. He will remain chairman, president and CEO until a successor is installed.
Executive recruiter Korn/Ferry International is conducting the search.
Torcolini has been with Carpenter Technology for 33 years and has served in his current role since 2003.
