To facilitate an uninterrupted workflow and increase production capacity, the new facility will include a crane spanning the length of the facility, state-of-the-art automated valve assembly work cells, vertical warehousing and a sensor assembly area.

Construction on the new facility began in July 2023 with commercial operations expected to begin by the end of June. The company anticipates the project to be completed by the end of the year.

To secure the project in Baton Rouge, the state of Louisiana offered BBP a competitive incentives package including the comprehensive workforce development solutions of LED FastStart. The company is also expected to participate in the state’s Industrial Tax Exemption and Quality Jobs programs.
