21 Manufacturers Among 'Top 50 Large Workplaces to Grow Careers'

LinkedIn released this year's edition of "The best large workplaces to grow your career in the U.S."

The list features 21 manufacturers, with companies such as Moderna, General Motors and Northrop Grumman leading the category at No. 9, No. 11 and No. 15 overall, respectively.

The social media platform based its rankings on eight pillars, including skills growth, ability to advance, external opportunity, company stability, gender diversity, company affinity, employee presence in the country and educational background. To qualify, companies need to employ at least 5,000 workers globally, with at least 500 based in the U.S. as of Dec. 31, 2023.
