According to 7Life, the cans have been called back due to secondary fermentation.

According to Craft Beer & Brewing, secondary fermentation refers to any fermentation that occurs after “active primary fermentation.”

Food Standards Australia warned that consuming the beer could cause illness and urged customers to safely dispose of it.

Excessive fermentation can also cause too much carbonation, possibly making it dangerous to open the cans.
