Recently, Danfoss Power Solutions (NORDBORG, DENMARK) introduced a full-flow high-pressure relief valve (FHPRV) for its H1B bent-axis motor. The FHPRV expands the company’s portfolio of valves designed for integrating Danfoss high-power axial piston motors in open-circuit systems.

The FHPRV provides overpressure protection for the H1B motor in high-power applications and supports the use of the motor’s compact design in open-circuit systems.

Features & Benefits:

  • Provides high-flow pressure relief directly at the motor.
  • Allows flow of up to 600 liters per minute in extended overpressure events.
  • Helps prevent damage to the motor and pump.
  • Offers compact integration without significantly increasing motor size or circuit complexity.
  • Stacks with other valves, such as the CBV, for added functionality.
  • Can be used in both open- and closed-circuit applications.
  • Available in four configurations to match H1B motor displacements:
  • DN19 for 60-cc motor.
  • DN25 for 80-cc and 110-cc motors.
  • DN32A for 160-cc motor.
  • DN32B for 210-cc and 250-cc motors.

Meets the performance requirements for high-power applications in industries such as drilling, crushing, shredding, heavy-duty excavator attachments, and forestry.
