The box contains a set of card overlays, which filter the bearing choices by criteria — a similar process to the igus online configurator.
The dry-tech sample box includes a complete array of iglide bearings — a range from iglide H, ideal for corrosive environments, to the iglide A350, which can withstand temperatures up to 356°F. All igus bearings have dry-running properties, making them lubrication-free, maintenance-free and cost-effective, but even then, it’s important to specify parts with the right characteristics to survive a company’s unique operations. The bearing guide highlights key properties for each bearing, which eases the search for the right component.
