Wilden Releases Energy-Efficient Air Distribution System

Wilden has announced the Pro-Flo SHIFT Air Distribution System (ADS), which represents a significant breakthrough for the company in improving the energy efficiency and air consumption of industrial operations.

Wilden (Grand Terrace, Calif.) has announced the Pro-Flo SHIFT Air Distribution System (ADS), which represents a significant breakthrough for the company in improving the energy efficiency and air consumption of industrial operations. They come in Wilden’s Advanced and origin Series Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) pumps, and offer up to 60 percent savings in air consumption, and they cost 50 percent less than electronically-actuated ADS. A variety of features help make that possible, including fewer operating parts and plug-and-play operation. With ATEX compliance for use in potentially explosive environments, the company says the ADS can be used in the chemicals, paint, process, semiconductor, food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries.
