Hormel Foods Announces Sale of Nebraska Processing Facility to WholeStone Farms

Hormel Foods Corporation and WholeStone Farms announced Thursday that they have entered into a definitive agreement to sell the Hormel Foods Fremont, Nebraska, processing facility to WholeStone Farms, LLC. The transaction is expected to be completed in December 2018.

AUSTIN, Minn., Aug. 16, 2018 (PRNewswire) — Hormel Foods Corporation and WholeStone Farms announced Thursday that they have entered into a definitive agreement to sell the Hormel Foods Fremont, Nebraska, processing facility to WholeStone Farms, LLC. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in December 2018.
