An Indiana woman was killed over the weekend after getting stuck in a machine at a Fort Wayne plastics factory.

According to reports, the 23-year-old died of multiple crush force injuries due to an industrial press accident. First responders were called to the scene on Sunday, Jan. 7 at 3:27 for a report of a person stuck in a machine. A second call, minutes later, stated the person was no longer stuck.

The Allen County Coroner’s Office ruled the death accidental.
