Major Chicken Patty Recall for Bone Pieces

Innovative Solutions, Inc. (Kent, WA) has recalled approximately 97,887 pounds of raw ground chicken patty products that may be contaminated with pieces of bone. The Trader Joe’s Chile Lime Chicken Burgers and Spinach Feta Chicken Sliders were shipped nationwide.


Expanded Recall for Salami Sticks

Euro Foods (Freeland, PA) has recalled 119,000 pounds of salami stick products that may be contaminated with Salmonella. A FSIS health alert was issued on Oct. 29, but a formal recall has been issued after the products were found to still be in commerce.


Georgia Supplier Recalls Protein Supplements

Nutracap Holdings (Norcross, GA) has recalled various dietary supplements due to undeclared wheat, milk, soy and/or coconut on the labels. They were shipped between June 4, 2020 through Oct.1, 2021 to distributors and retailers in AL, CA, FL and TX.


Expanded Recall Over Wire Mesh Fragments

Flowers Foods (Thomasville, GA) has added certain Tastykake Krimpets products to its Oct. 31 recall for tiny fragments of metal mesh wire in its multi-pack cupcake products. They were distributed to seven states and Washington D.C.


Jumbo Shrimp Recalled for Listeria

Southeastern Grocers (Jacksonville, FL) has recalled its Fisherman’s Wharf brand Jumbo Cooked Shrimp, Frozen 16-20 count, due to possible listeria. It was sold in all Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie stores in AL, FL, GA, LA and MS.


Washington Supplier Recalls Greek Yogurt

Ellenos Real Greek Yogurt (Federal Way, WA) has recalled its Mango Greek Yogurt 16 oz. cups for possible undeclared egg. The product was distributed in Oregon and Washington through select retail stores.
