This video showcases shoemaker Andrew McDonald, who operates out of a small shop in London. He makes each shoe on sale in his store by hand, and says that the key to making a successful product is the quality of the materials that go into it. That and talent, of course, which seems to actually be anything but — McDonald admits that getting to be really good at any craft takes a lifetime of work.
