Paul McKinnon's story is the ultimate in entrepreneurship. He was working for another motorcycle fabricator, but when his contract was up, he was sent packing. Not long after, he decided to go into work on his own, and hasn't looked back. He now heads Evolution Custom Industries in Sydney, Australia, and builds everything by hand.
