The new version offers more features, according to the company, such as six-channel inrush for improved troubleshooting and analysis, a 400 percent increase in battery capacity to allow for extended testing and LED lighting for improved safety. There is also board-level calibration, capable of connecting directly to 1000V systems, a modular circuit board design, MTAP chip identification recognition and more.

These improvements come on top of original benefits, such as the ability monitor all potential fault zones for immediate notification of alarming conditions. The tester can be used on all applications and motors regardless of size, type or condition, and combines the accuracy of motor circuit analysis with the convenience of motor power analysis.
