The tool is used to create, debug and manage programs that run on the FA-M3V controller, which is embedded in electronic component, equipment assembly systems and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The company says that the process of debugging or analysis of PLC can be a time-consuming process, but that the WideField3 tool can help mitigate some of that time-intensive process. With a Live Logic Analyzer, the tools offers a near real-time logic analysis function that can display data that shows the status of a PLC program as it runs on a sequence CPU module. According to the company, this improves work efficiency by enabling engineers to monitor a program’s execution status while engineers collect the program execution data.
