RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- Kraft Foods Group is planning to increase production of its Capri Sun beverages at its facility in Frederick County, creating 25 jobs.

Gov. Bob McDonnell said the company plans to invest $25 million for the ramp up and to install new packaging technology.

Officials say the Kraft plant in Winchester that employees about 460 people celebrated its 20-year anniversary in 2011.

McDonnell also approved a $250,000 performance-based grant from the Virginia Investment Partnership program for the project.
