Happy Fourth of July!

Looks like a quiet week in Washington, but that can all change!

The President celebrates Independence Day, the Senate stays in Washington to reach a deal on the debt limit, and the House returns after a pre-July 4 recess.

President Obama hosts a 4th of July celebration on the South Lawn today.  On Thursday, he hosts the first-ever Twitter town hall to answer questions in 140 characters or fewer.

The Senate gavels in Tuesday and turns to a resolution on the conflict in Libya.

The House returns Tuesday and fills its week with appropriations bills.
